SUMMER CAMP 2020

2020 CAMP DATES: 
Riders: June 29th – September 4th (10 weeks)
Monday – Friday 9:15-3:15pm

​Morning drop off is always at Long Beach in Sag Harbor: 1001 Noyack-Long Beach Rd. (west corner closest to Noyac Rd.)

RAIN DAYS: 
On rainy days campers will be brought to the movie theatre or head off for a special excursion such as exploring the Sag Harbor Whaling Museum. All activities that take place on the farm from 1:15-3:00pm occur as scheduled. Only morning outdoor activities will be rescheduled to an alternative activity.


HORSEBACK RIDING: 
We have a horseback riding program available to all campers where they will learn to ride and care for the horses. Helmets are provided. Sneakers are fine, but sandals are not permitted during riding time. If your child has boots and wishes to use them, they can bring them to camp. Private lessons are available after camp hours and on weekends.

WATERSPORTS: 
All participants' parent/guardian MUST sign and initial each section of the watersports waiver before their first day of camp. We highly recommend a full length 3/2 wetsuit as well as a hat, sunglasses, plenty of waterproof sunscreen, a towel and a bag to carry your gear. Flying Point on Main Street in Sag Harbor (631-725-0705) will offer a 15% discount on all clothing for Art Farm campers. A first aid & CPR certified staff member will be on duty with a 3:1 ratio of campers to counselors. Boating activities (waterskiing, wake boarding, wake skating, wake surfing, knee boarding and tubing) are held in Noyack Bay off Long Beach in Sag Harbor.

GRATUITIES: 
Our experienced staff works diligently to care for your child and create a wonderful camp environment. As a convenience to our clients, a staff gratuity is added to your total camp tuition in the amount of $50 per child per week (pro-rated for Riders daily registration). This additional charge will be reflected on your invoice.

MISCELLANEOUS:
  • If you wish to pick up your child early, please call the office and we will coordinate with the counselor of your child’s group.
  • No child will be released to a non-family member without knowing your designated child release password.
  • If your child takes a regularly prescribed medication, we are happy to store them in a secure location with the head counselor. Your child will be given the medication at the prescribed time.
  • First aid kits are located in each van on location. A First Aid and CPR certified staff member will be with campers at all times.
