2020 DATES: 
Riders: June 29th – September 4th (10 weeks)
Monday – Friday 9am - 12pm or 12.30pm - 3:30pm
​Morning drop off is always at Mill Creek Marina (If using a GPS - use: Bell & Anchor Restaurant which is located in front of the marina. ​)

MISCELLANEOUS:
  • AM 9am -12pm          
    Please arrive at 8:50am as boat will leave 9am SHARP.
    Please pick up 12pm SHARP as we get ready for our next charter.
    PM 12:30pm - 3:30pm
    Please arrive at 12.20pm as boat will leave 12.30pm SHARP.
    Please pick up 3.30pm SHARP as we get ready for our next charter.
  • No child will be released to a non-family member without knowing your designated child release password.​
  • The best way to see a snapshot into your child’s amazing experience at camp is to view our social media accounts (links below) as we post frequently!
  • Campers participate in a mixed aged group of 6-12yr in groups of 6. This setting allows for peer learning, interaction & fun! Our staff encourages friendships between all campers.
  • No child will be released to an unauthorized individual without knowing the child release password you provided on your registration.
  • First aid kits are located on each boat.
  • We highly recommend you label all belongings.
  • We encourage carpooling.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE LATE:
We will give each family one pass for the summer and if you are late contact our office at 631.942.4994 and we will meet you at Long Beach. Park in parking lot closest to Noyac Rd by condo and the boat will pull in by the rocky beach area near dock where boat is legally allowed. After this one pass we will regrettable not be able to accommodate you in order to be considerate to all other families.
If using a GPS - use: Bell & Anchor Restaurant which is located in front of the marina. 

​CANCELLED DAYS:
When the captain decides the water is unsafe due to the weather we cancel the day and offer you credit/refund if we can not accomodate a make up day. 


WATERSPORTS: 
All participants' parent/guardian MUST sign and initial each section of the watersports waiver before their first day. We highly recommend a full length 3/2 wetsuit as well as a hat, sunglasses, plenty of waterproof sunscreen, a towel and a bag to carry your gear. Boating activities (waterskiing, wake boarding, wake skating, wake surfing, knee boarding and tubing) are held in Noyack Bay off Long Beach in Sag Harbor.

GRATUITIES: 
Our experienced staff works diligently to care for your child and create a wonderful camp environment. As a convenience to our clients, a staff gratuity is added to your total camp tuition in the amount of $50 per child per week (pro-rated for Riders daily registration). This additional charge will be reflected on your invoice.

WHAT TO PACK:
Please pack a towel, sunscreen, and plenty of water.
NO FOODS ARE ALLOWED ON THE BOATS


COVID-19 GUIDELINES:
WE WILL SANITIZE OUR SEATS, ROPE HANDLES AND LIFEJACKETS IN BETWEEN OUR CHARTERS. WE WILL ASK THAT ALL CLIENTS AND STAFF WEAR MASKS UNLESS IN THE WATER. NO INSTRUCTORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE WATER WITH THE CHILDREN THIS YEAR. WE WILL ASK THAT ALL CLIENTS CLEAN THEIR HANDS PRIOR TO GETTING ON AND OFF THE BOAT. OUR STAFF AND OUR CLIENTS GET COVID-19 INFORATION IN REGARD TO WHEN TO STAY AT HOME FOLLOWING NYS GUIDELINES DUE TO ILLNESS.
